He has been working at the Sancheti Hospital since 1999 in various positions from a Lecturer to his present designation as the H.O.D Trauma He has been the secretory of Pune Orthopaedic Society in the past. (POS received the best chapter award during his tenure from Maharashtra Orthopaedic Association) Currently he performs more than a 1000 surgeries in (Primary & Revision) complex trauma every year.
