Dr. Shraddha Pradhan

Dr. Shraddha Pradhan is a clinical physiotherapist specializing in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, with more than 20 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation and management of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Master of Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal Sciences, achieving First Class and securing University Rank 2 in her Master's program from Sancheti Institute.

Her clinical expertise includes complex polytrauma rehabilitation, post-traumatic stiffness, shoulder, knee and elbow stiffness, spine rehabilitation, sports injury rehabilitation, and strengthening and muscle-training programs.

She has a special interest in the rehabilitation of shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee and ankle conditions and works toward improving movement, reducing pain and restoring functional ability.

Apart from clinical practice, she has experience in teaching, hands-on workshops, webinars, trauma rehabilitation training and ergonomic training for corporate organizations.

She is also an author of a chapter on Muscle Energy Techniques in the 4th and 5th editions of a textbook by Leon Chaitow.

She has conducted physiotherapy camps and rehabilitation training programs and has served on the medical advisory board of rehabilitation-device startups.
